Chef Brad Nascone: born in Australia of Italian parents, learnt to cook in his nona's kitchen and later worked with noted chef Phillip Searle. Brad's desire to embellish his Italian culinary skills became a reality when he returned to his roots in Catania, Sicily and to his family operated cooking schools. Brad won Best Beef Chef in Australia in 2003. He has been head chef at Olano's since opening in 2007.
